Return & Exchange Policy

At TNI Parfums, we take pride in delivering every order in perfect condition. Due to the nature of fragrance products, we only accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for items that are damaged or incomplete upon delivery.

Eligibility

You may request a return, refund, or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The package was visibly damaged during shipping.
  • The perfume bottle arrived broken, leaking, or otherwise damaged.
  • Your order was incomplete or an item was missing from the package.

To be eligible, you must:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number or proof of purchase.
  • Submit clear photos and/or videos showing the damaged package, damaged product, or missing items.
  • Keep the original packaging until your claim has been reviewed.

Non-Eligible Returns

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used fragrances.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage after delivery.
  • Orders where the customer simply changes their mind or is dissatisfied with the scent.
  • Bespoke or custom-created fragrances, which are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number along with photos or videos supporting your claim.
  3. Our team will review your request and confirm whether it qualifies under our Return & Exchange Policy.
  4. If approved, we will provide instructions for the return or arrange a replacement where applicable.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your claim is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
